Terms and Conditions

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, and agreements of NOVUS, located at Kerkhofstraat 8B ; 1800 Vilvoorde. By participating in our workouts or using our facilities, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Membership & Registration
• A membership is personal and non-transferable.
• Class bookings must be made through the online booking system.
• Cancellations are free up to 8 hours before the start of the session. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the session will be charged or deducted from the session card.

3. Personal Training & Other Appointments
• Personal training or other individual sessions are by appointment only.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be fully charged.

4. Payment & Pricing
• All prices include VAT and must be paid in advance.
• NOVUS reserves the right to adjust prices and conditions at any time. Pre-purchased session cards remain valid until their expiry date.

5. Safety & Liability
• The client confirms they are in good health and participates in training at their own risk.
• NOVUS is not liable for physical injuries, accidents, loss, or theft of personal belongings.
• Always follow the coach’s instructions to avoid injury.

6. Conduct & Respect
• Respect for fellow athletes, coaches, and equipment is essential. Misconduct may lead to suspension or termination of membership without refund.

7. Privacy
• Personal data is used only for internal purposes and communication regarding classes and activities, in accordance with GDPR regulations.

8. Changes
NOVUS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version is always available upon request or via our website.
